Nutella

 Nutella


To make homemade Nutella, you will need the following

 ingredients:

2 cups hazelnuts

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the skins start to crack and the nuts are fragrant.

Remove the hazelnuts from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Place them in a clean kitchen towel and rub until the skins come off.

Place the peeled hazelnuts in a food processor and process until a smooth paste forms, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. This may take several minutes.

Add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor and process again until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Transfer the homemade Nutella to a jar or airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
