 Pizza



Ingredient:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp olive oil
¾ cup warm water
Pizza sauce
Cheese
Toppings of your choice (e.g. pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions)


Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and instant yeast.

Add the olive oil and warm water, and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a clean bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 30-60 minutes, until it doubles in size.

Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C).

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about ¼ inch (0.6 cm).

Transfer the dough to a pizza pan or baking sheet.

 Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a border around the edge.

Add cheese and your desired toppings.

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Slice and serve the pizza hot.

Note
 that this is just a basic recipe, and you can adjust the ingredients and toppings based on your preferences.
