MAC & CHEESE
Ingredients
8oz elbow macaroni
4tbsp butter
4tbsp all purpose flour
2cups milk
1/4tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2cups shredded cheddar cheese Instructions

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions and set it aside in
a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat ,then whisk in the flour until well combined to make a roux ,then gradually pour in the milk while whisking constantly, making sure to avoid lumps, Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, and stir everything together, Keep stirring the mixture until it starts to thicken, about 5-7 minutes ,then remove the saucepan from heat and add in the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
